I help individuals with relationship problems unpack their baggage so they can have romantic relationships and platonic friendships that bring them support and happiness. In individual counseling with me, you will learn about your relationship patterns, attachment styles, dating beliefs, and your values. We will talk about healthy communication, self-talk, relationship anxiety, and dealing with relationship stress. We’ll figure out how you can find and be a supportive partner.
